I’m a multi-interest mixed kid, and have an MFA in Acting from the Yale School of Drama.
My mom is an audacious Jewish girl from Philly, and my dad is swaggy Muslim dude from Karachi. Their roots are in Eastern Europe and India, respectively, but they met in New York City, where I was born.
Before acting, I played baseball and football for Carleton College, where I majored in Philosophy and concentrated on Middle Eastern Studies. These days, however, I’m an actor,1 teacher,2 producer, comedic improviser, and a rambunctious enthusiast of the fulfilling and intrepid.
I’m based in New York City, and I’m ready to go.3
What's new
In the last couple months, Adam has been busy working in tv and film:
-At the end of the summer '25, he did an episode on Mindy Kaling's new Hulu show called Not Suitable For Work
-Shortly thereafter and into the early fall, he has worked on HBO's Emmy Award winning drama The Pitt
-While in Los Angeles filming The Pitt, Adam was also filming a new short-form comedy series called The Switch, starring Pauline Chalamet (Sex Lives of College Girls) and Coral Peña (For All Mankind). It was written by Isabell Platt and Directed by Sofya Levitzky-Weitz (staff writer on The Bear).Earlier in 2025, he acted in and produced multiple short films with some formidable friends. These projects include:
-Seams* dir. by Annelise Ayuravann Ratner & Malachi Beasley (Katherine Bigelow's House of Dynamite & Jamie Foxx's Fight for '84)
-A Reflection of You dir. by Enrico Natale (writer of The Ritual, starring Al Pacino and Dan Stevens)
-HEARTEATERS* dir. by Mecca McDonald and Celeste O'Connor (Scream 7, Ghostbusters, Madame Web)
At the end of 2024 and going into 2025, Adam was working primarily on the stage in the productions of: Romeo & Juliet at American Repertory Theater, directed by Diane Paulus, and then Dakar 2000 by Rajiv Joseph at Manhattan Theater Club.
